Most products and/or services purchased from Snowy Valley come with a comprehensive warranty. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer support for any issues that may arise during the warranty period.
Our Promise
- Warranty Coverage: Standard warranty covers all
hardware defects and malfunctions.
- Repair Warranty - All parts replaced during a repair are covered under our warranty (Unless otherwise stated). This means if a replacement part (such as a screen, battery, or charging port) develops a fault or malfunction due to a hardware defect during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost.
- Device Purchase Warranty - Any device purchased from us is covered against hardware defects and malfunctions. This includes issues with internal components such as the motherboard, storage, or display, provided they are not the result of physical or liquid damage after purchase.
- Workmanship Guarantee - In addition to parts and hardware, our repairs come with a workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises due to the way a repair was carried out, we will correct it free of charge within the warranty period.
- Warranty Period(s):
- Warranty periods may change depending on the product and/or service.
- Unless otherwise stated, our default warranty period is 3 months
- If a different warranty period applies, it will be physically listed on your receipt at the time of purchase or service.
- Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty covers faults caused
by manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. However, the warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after purchase, including cracks, chips, dents, or liquid damage.
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect, such as dropping, bending, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications, including third-party repairs not completed by Snowy Valley Phones & Accessories.
- Software issues, operating system errors, or problems caused by apps, malware, or viruses.
- Consumable parts such as charging cables, batteries, and screen protectors (unless faulty on arrival).
- Damage caused by power surges or use of incompatible accessories.

Return/Refund Policy
At Snowy Valley Phones & Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we follow the Australian Consumer Law. That means you are protected if a product is faulty or not as described.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind about a purchase, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all change-of-mind returns.
- Please note that some items, such as earphones, screen protectors, and gift cards, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene and practical reasons.
Returns for Faulty Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described.
- Minor Faults: If the problem is minor and can be fixed, we will offer to repair it within a reasonable time. If we are unable to do so, you can choose a refund or replacement.
- Major Faults: A fault is considered major if the item is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or doesn’t do what it was supposed to. In this case, you can choose a refund or an identical replacement.
- Evidence of Fault: You will need to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the fault (e.g., photos, a detailed description) to help us process your claim.
Refund Process
- Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times for card and bank transfers may vary.
