    Yes. This page is primarily for NBN connection help through our referral partners. We also offer mobile SIM and phone setup support if you need them.
  • Can I keep my existing phone number?
    Absolutely. If you're using phone services, number porting (LNP) lets you keep your current number. Just provide your current account details and we'll help coordinate it.
  • How much does on-site setup cost?
    Contact us to get a quote! This can include setting up Routers & Phones, extending network coverage, and making sure everything is working perfectly.
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    Contract terms can vary by provider and plan. We will confirm all terms, including any lock-in period, before you proceed.
  • Which mobile network do the SIM plans use?
    MaxoSIM plans use the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network, providing high-speed 4G/5G coverage across Australia. Unused data is automatically banked (up to 500GB), so you never waste what you pay for.
  • Can you help with home NBN too?
    Yes. We can arrange home and small-business NBN options through our partner network and help with quoting and setup. For partner-referred services, we may receive commission from the provider.
  • Can you still help small businesses?
    Yes. We support both households and small businesses. If you need multi-line or hosted phone features, we can scope that too.
